1. Personal Data Controller
The controller of your personal data is PUREAMOUR FILMS, with its registered office in Radom at ul. Żwirki i Wigury 31A/21, 26-609 Radom, Poland, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7963037087. You may contact us regarding the processing of your data by email at: hello@pureamourfilms.com.
2. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Performance of a contract – in the case of clients who decide to use our filmmaking services (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- Communication with clients – responding to enquiries and presenting an offer (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- Follow-ups and offer reminders – as part of activities intended to help a client make a decision, PUREAMOUR FILMS sends periodic follow-up messages to remind the client about the offer and facilitate the decision-making process. These are not advertising messages, but information intended to assist the client in choosing a service. The user may opt out of receiving these messages at any time (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the controller’s legitimate interest);
- Direct marketing – sending information about new projects and offers (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – the user’s consent);
- Handling complaints and claims – for the purpose of exercising rights and fulfilling obligations arising from concluded contracts (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- Website analytics and optimisation – using analytics tools such as Google Analytics (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- Tracking client traffic to optimise marketing – links to offers and the portfolio may contain UTM tags that allow us to analyse client traffic sources and the effectiveness of marketing activities. This is used solely for analytical purposes and to improve the user experience;
- Individual offer links – links to an offer and the portfolio may contain the client’s email address as a UTM tracker, allowing interactions with the offer to be monitored. The client receives an email containing an offer intended solely for that client. The email states that the links are individual and should not be shared with third parties;
- Blocking clients who do not make a decision despite declaring that they will – PUREAMOUR FILMS reserves the right to limit further communication with clients who have declared their intention to make a decision but have not done so within the agreed time. This measure is intended to optimise our work and ensure efficient management of the quotation process.
We process your personal data solely to respond to your request for a quotation and send you an offer, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e. in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
